mojorayjonesOne of the greatest & important wild life sanctuaries. I've visited here about a half dozen times over the past decade, and have seen the Tarsier population grow in this protected zone. Rather small admin building and located in rural Bohol. Worth the trip. Leave a donation. You can probably snap a few pics of the Tarsiers, but remember, they sleep during the day and are nocturnal. So we're basically visiting when they sleep.
- aiyannajoy pIndeed a sanctuary. Staffs were very diligent in reminding the touriest to not create any noise and stay silent during the stay here. Tarsiers are very shy and they preferred sleeping during the day. But thankfully, we have encountered ones that are already awake. Those staffs that's taking care of these tarsiers woke up early to look and count on the tarsiers and were their locations are.
- Denis KA wonderful place to see these little guys! Huge thanks to the guides who take you through the sanctuary and point out the little guys hiding in the trees!
